A gorgeous restaurant and tea house just off downtown Pearl Street in Boulder. It was shipped over piece by piece from Dushanbe, Tajikistan as part of a sister city cultural exchange.

An immersive interactive art exhibit full of vibrant colors and whimsical settings. If you go, definitely spend the extra $2 to get "QPass" or "booper," which helps you delve deeper into the mystery of Convergence Station.

This is where we had our first date! A super cute coffee shop and bar, with a great record store and used book shop across the street.

A Denver institution for over 50 years, you'd be hard pressed to find a better independent bookstore anywhere in Denver.

A fantastic local ice cream joint run out of a giant milk can, located next to a former mortuary turned trendy restaurant. We couldn't make that sentence up if we tried.

Don't let its suburban mall location fool you: this lovely spot is a Meow Wolf style interactive art exhibit for those prone to overwhelm. Follow up your wander through the yeti's dreams with a drink or a snack at the exhibit's speakeasy.
