Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The entire event will be indoors
Question
Can I take photos during the event?
Answer
We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like our photographer to have every chance to get photos of our big moment so the ceremony will be unplugged. Photos captured by our photographer, Amber Jane, will be available after the wedding. As for the reception, take as many photos as you'd like!

What is the timeline for the day?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 3pm (please arrive by 2:45), followed by cocktail hour while family and wedding party photos are taken, the dinner begins at 5pm, and the reception begins around 6:30 pm. All guests must leave the venue by 12pm midnight.

Do I have to RSVP for the reception?
Answer
RSVP's are only required for guests that will be joining us for the ceremony and dinner, but you are welcome to RSVP for the reception as well to give us an estimate of how many of our friends and family will be joining us for the evening.

What if I lost my RSVP card? And when are they due?
Answer
RSVP's may also be completed under the RSVP tab. RSVP's must be completed by May 6th, 2023, if you do not respond by this date, the couple will reach out to you within a week, otherwise you will be marked as not-attending.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We will be having an open bar during the cocktail hour between the times of 3:30 and 5 however, there will be a few complimentary beer choices, along with soda and water for the whole night. Many other alcoholic drink options will be available for purchase.

I have dietary restrictions, will you accommodate those?
Answer
We will do our very best to accommodate dietary restrictions with our caterer. If you are completing your RSVP online you may put your restrictions in the box for that question. If you are sending it by mail, please email us your restrictions to lemkewedding23@gmail.com

Will there be transportation?
Answer
There will be a shuttle available to take guests to and from the venue to each hotel and there will be a drop of in Helenville as well. We will have a schedule posted at the venue for shuttle times so it is important to pay attention these times so you do not miss the last shuttle of the night.

If I give you a check, who should I write it out to?
Answer
It is best to write any checks out to Esdon Lemke, this makes it easiest on us for when Allie changes her name!
