East Beach Guests SHUTTLE PICK-UP SITE: Beachcomber BBQ, 319 Arnold Road, St Simons TIME: 3:30PM—This is the only shuttle pick-up time. Please arrive no later than 3:30pm if you need transportation to the wedding. Shuttles will be available beginning at 10pm to take guests back to East Beach where the after party will be located at Beachcomber BBQ.

Inn and Cloister Hotel Guests SHUTTLE PICK-UP SITE: Hotel Entrance TIME: 4:00PM—This shuttle will arrive no later than 4:10pm to transport you to the ceremony. Shuttles will be available beginning at 10pm to take guests to East Beach where the after party will be located at Beachcomber BBQ or to their hotel. Shuttles back to the hotels from the after party will be available until 1am.
Flight
Sea Island is accessible via three main airports: 1) Brunswick (BQK) is the closest airport (only 15 minutes away). We highly recommend you check flight options through Brunswick as it cuts down on travel time and is very easy to navigate due to its small size. Delta flies here 3 times per day. 2) Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) in Florida is the second closest airport (about 70 minutes away). It receives flights from all over the country and has quick access to rental cars. 3) Savannah/Hilton Head International (SAV) Airport is only a little farther than Jacksonville (about 80 minutes away) but gives you access to the amazing city of Savannah. Allie and Duncan love Savannah and highly recommend stopping into town if you are flying through the airport. You can view our list of recommendations in Savannah on the "Things to Do" tab. 4) Charleston International Airport (CHS) is approximately 3 hours from Sea Island. If you would like to explore the South, we recommend flying in here and exploring both Charleston and Savannah on your way to Sea Island. There is a direct flight from Seattle to Charleston that you can book on Alaska Airlines with discount code ECMK847.
Hotel
Allie and Duncan have a discounted room block at Sea Island Resort with the following hotel options: 1.) The Inn by Sea Island A nice stay in the heart of St. Simons Island, the Inn gives guests access to Sea Island's Retreat Golf Course or the Plantation and Seaside courses with the inclusion of the Inn's golf package. The Inn will also provide shuttle access to various parts of the islands. 2.) The Cloister The Crown Jewel of the Golden Isles. Located on Sea Island, The Cloister will grant guests all of the amenities of Sea Island including, golf, spa, fitness center, and the beach club. House Or Rental
For those in larger groups, Airbnbs or VRBOs are a great option. We recommend you stay in the south east corner of the island near the Parrott family's bar "Beachcomber BBQ" as there will be shuttles taking guests to the wedding and welcome party from this area.
