SHUTTLE SERVICE

To ensure you can safely enjoy our wedding day, we have arranged complimentary shuttle bus service to and from Hildene on Sunday, June 21st for guests staying in Manchester at local hotels. Pickup Locations and Departure Times are listed below: Hampton Inn: Bus departs the Hampton in to Hildene promptly at 4:45pm Kimpton Taconic Hotel: Bus departs the Kimpton Taconic Hotel to Hildene promptly at 4:45pm Reluctant Panther: Bus departs the Reluctant Panther to Hildene promptly at 4:50pm Equinox Resort: Bus departs the Equinox Resort from the back parking lot to Hildene promptly at 4:55pm Please note there will be no transportation provided to and from Airbnb locations NOTE: In case you missed your departing shuttle at any of the above locations, an additional bus will make a quick stop at each of the locations (excluding the Hampton Inn) to see if anyone needs assistance. The final pickup location will be the Equinox Resort at 4:55pm Return Shuttles: Shuttle Buses will begin returning guests back to hotels as needed beginning at 9:00pm. The final shuttle will depart Hildene at 11:00pm back to Manchester Hotels and Mulligans After Party. Final Shuttles From After Party: A shuttle as needed will be available for all guests joining us at the After Party until 1:30am

The Reluctant Panther Inn & Restaurant
A rooming block and discounted rate has been arranged at this hotel location. The Reluctant Panther is small luxury hotel with a restaurant onsite and is walking distance to the Kimpton Taconic hotel and other Resorts. Please reference the Schaefer-Flatford Wedding Block when making a reservation. A reservation can only be made by calling the hotel directly. Please note a two night minimum is required.

Please note that taxis, ubers and rideshares are not available in Manchester or the surrounding towns. Its important that our guests know this as we do not want anyone to be without transportation. Please ensure you have a booked a car rental if you are flying in.
