Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle picking up guests at the Courtyard by Marriott at 3:45pm. The shuttles will then drop off guests at the same location once the reception has ended. Address is below: Courtyard by Marriott Charlottesville 638 Hillsdale Drive Charlottesville, VA 22901

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a parking lot right outside of the venue if you wish to drive to and from the wedding, but space is limited. If you do decide to drive, please do not park directly in front of the house.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors, unless it is raining.

Are there hotel room blocks reserved?

Answer

While we will not not be reserving hotel room blocks, we recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton, Courtyard by Marriott, or any hotels in downtown Charlottesville. Of note, the Marriott is currently being renovated, but all renovations will be complete before the wedding.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our summer wedding will be formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We are very sorry, but we are keeping our special day as an adult-only occasion.
