Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail Attire: Cocktail Dresses, Dressy Jumpsuits, Suits or Sport Coats. Please no jeans or shorts. The venue has gravel and mulch in several areas, so we recommend comfortable, stable shoes. Additionally, the wedding will take place outside, so we recommend guests bring a sweater or light jacket for the evening hours.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes, we will be providing shuttles for the wedding. The shuttles will pick up guests from the Marriott West in Golden. Shuttles will leave promptly at 3:30PM, so we ask that guests arrive a few minutes early to allow time for loading. There will be two busses leaving the venue to go back to the Marriott later in the evening. The first one at 9 pm. The second at 11 pm. These shuttles are open to all guests regardless of if they will be staying at the Marriott. Please note that ubers typically will not pick up from Blackstone Rivers Ranch. Additionally, no overnight parking at the venue is allowed. We strongly recommend that all guests who will be drinking utilize the shuttle service.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, there is a large parking lot at the venue. Please note that no overnight parking is allowed, so we recommend all guests that will be drinking utilize the shuttle service for a safe ride home.

What time should I arrive to the venue?
Answer
The shuttles will be dropping guests at the venue around 4PM. We recommend that any guests who are ubering or driving themselves arrive by 4:00-4:10 to allow time to park and find seating. Please note that due to the holiday weekend, we are expecting more traffic than usual, so we ask that guests allow extra time for travel. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30.

Although we love your little ones, due to venue limitations we are only able to accommodate children who are listed on your invite.
