Our dress code is garden-party cocktail attire. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on grass, so we recommend block heels or wedges for comfort. Since the venue is a working tree farm, longer dresses - such as maxi or midi length - are recommended. Evenings in March can be breezy, so a light sweater or wrap is a good idea. For men, a suit or jacket with slacks works perfectly — ties are optional but always welcome! Have fun with your look! Vibrant colors, florals, and playful patterns are encouraged and will look beautiful in the tropical setting.
Please plan to arrive around 4:00 PM to grab a drink and find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

We’d love to host everyone, but space is limited. If your invitation includes a guest, they’re invited - otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo.
Yes! We love your little ones and kids are welcome at both the ceremony and reception. If you’d prefer a night off, we’re happy to share local babysitting recommendations - just reach out to us.
March in Vero Beach is typically warm and beautiful, with average daytime temperatures in the mid-70s to low 80s and cooler evenings in the 60s. While it’s generally sunny and pleasant, there’s always a chance of a passing shower, so it’s a good idea to bring a light sweater or wrap for the evening and be prepared for Florida’s tropical climate.
Please let us know when you RSVP. We’ll work with our caterer to make sure you have a safe and delicious meal!
We’ve listed hotel suggestions on our Travel page, including where we’ll be staying. Booking early is highly recommended, as March is a busy time in Vero Beach!
