FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to the Bride and Groom.
Question

Is there any colors I should avoid?

Answer

We kindly ask you to avoid color and stick to the color black.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies you can wear midi or floor length dresses. Gentlemen can wear slacks and button down shirt with tie, jackets optional. Please no jeans, sneakers, and of course no wearing white. We do want everyone to wear black please!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we’re hosting an adults-only event due to limited space, you may still see some children at our celebration. Our ceremony wouldn’t be complete without our ring bearer and flower girl, who’ll be invited to stay for the reception celebration as a thank you.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We would love to create lifelong memories, instead of receiving physical gifts. Please consider making a contribution to our honeymoon fund. If physical gifts are given, we ask that they are shipped to our house in San Diego, as we cannot travel on a plane with them. We have our registries through Zola, Target, and Amazon.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a Hotel Block reserved. Please come back while we are working out the details.

Question

Can I share pictures of your big day on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not share any photos on social media of the wedding until either Allie or Connor has the chance to do so first. We kindly remind you that the Ceremony is unplugged.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Your invite will be made out to "(Your name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. If invite states "(The ____ Family)" the whole family will be invited. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a beer/seltzer, wine & cocktail bar! We ask that you be patient and respect our bartender!
