Directions to the Chapel

From the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge (441), turn at traffic light # 3 onto Wears Valley Rd. ( 321). Go approximately 3 miles, when the four lane becomes a two lane , turn left onto Lost Branch Rd. Travel 1 mile, turn right To 1st Black Bear Bear Cub Way entrance You will be in the resort Go up a steep incline Turn Left on to High Rock Way ~ Brings you to the chapel

What time should I arrive at the Chapel?

Answer

Per the staff, please do not arrive any earlier than 2:50. There is a wedding prior to ours so they won't start seating until 10 mins prior to the start of the ceremony.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love children, but we are limited on the amount of people we are able to invite. Therefore, we ask that no children come to the wedding.

Is there a block of rooms saved somewhere?

Answer

Due to our budget, we are having a very small wedding. Therefore, we were not able to book a block of rooms for our guest. There are so many different hotels and cabin options available. I have placed two links under travel on this site that you can use to book lodging. However, feel free to use any website you would like.

Are you going to do a FB live of the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, the chapel does not allow wireless devices to be used during the ceremony. However, we will be given a video of the wedding that will be posted for all of our friends we wanted at the ceremony but were unable to invite.

What is the dress for the wedding?

Answer

We are not having a formal wedding, but we do ask that you dress as if you were going to Sunday Church.

Why is there an hour between the ceremony and the reception dinner?

Answer

We will be having pictures taken after the ceremony, so that gives us time to get that done and get to the restaurant. You are more than welcome to go from the ceremony to the dinner location, but there will be a wait. There is a little shop by the restaurant if you want to kill some time.

Why was I not invited?

Answer

We had so many friends we wanted to invite, but our budget did not allow for a large wedding. We were limited on the number of people we could invite. We will post the ceremony for everyone to view.

What is the dinner menu for the reception?

Answer
