Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love if you could RSVP upon receiving your invitation. The last day to RSVP is June 1, 2025. If we do not get a RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our venue in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept last RSVP, we hope that you understand!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones during the Ceremony?

Answer

It is incredibly important to the bride and groom that there be NO phone or camera photography during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer that will take beautiful photos for us that we will share with you all. Phones are more then welcome to be out for photos during the fun of our reception!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm. We recommend you aim to arrive by 5:30pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time before the doors close.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (Semi-formal) for our wedding. Please no jeans, t-shirts or flip-flops.

Are there any colors that should be avoided?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditional for the bride - white, ivories and creams.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but we are asking guests refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We are hoping this is a much deserved night off for the parents!

Answer

Yes! Please visit our travel section for hotel blocks or other recommendations.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there will be plenty of parking at the venue. However, we suggest carpooling or car services, especially if you will be drinking. We will provide transportation from the Delta Hotel in Southlake.
