We're Getting Married!

Alec and Allie had their first date at a brewery with a food truck, where they ate, laughed, and battled it out over bar games (to this day, they still debate who really won at Connect Four — though Allie insists it was her!). They bonded over their journeys to Utah, each coming from out of state and creating a new home here. When Alec dropped Allie off, there was no first kiss — though Alec swears he gave all the signals, and Allie just didn’t catch them! By the second date, the kiss finally happened, and from then on they were inseparable, seeing each other almost every day. Just one month in, Alec told Allie he loved her, and three months later they moved in together. Very quickly, it became clear they weren’t just in love — they were each other’s best friends. Together, they’ve shared countless adventures: road trips to Glenwood Springs, Portland, and their hometowns in New Jersey and Ohio, a cross-country drive, and even Europe. But nothing will top their trip to Montana, when what was supposed to be a camping and music festival getaway turned into one of the best days of Allie’s life. On a scenic drive through Glacier National Park, Alec pulled off at Lake McDonald, dropped to one knee, and asked Allie to marry him. It was the easiest “yes” she’s ever given. Now, they can’t wait to celebrate their wedding day surrounded by all the people they love most, and begin the next chapter of their adventure — as husband and wife.
