The dress code is semi-formal / cocktail attire. Suit and tie are welcome and so are jackets with slacks. Cocktail dresses to summery floor-length dresses are appropriate, as well as jumpsuits.
There is a room block at Hotel 1620, use code 'ARPANTE' when booking. Other surrounding hotels in the area include; Best Western Plus Cold Spring, Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Plymouth. You are welcome to try Airbnb and VRBO however properties are limited in the area.
Transportation will be provided between Hotel 1620 and Plymouth Country Club on Friday evening, and between Hotel 1620 and Duxbury Bay Maritime School on Saturday evening. Friday - Welcome Party Transportation will leave Hotel 1620 at 7:45pm and 8:00pm for Plymouth Country Club. Return rides offered from 9:00pm-10:30pm every half hour. Saturday - Buses will depart from Hotel 1620, 180 Water Street Plymouth MA 02360, at 4:00pm for Duxbury Bay Maritime School. Buses will return guests to Hotel 1620 at 10:00pm following reception.
Yes, there is limited parking at the Duxbury Bay Maritime School where the ceremony and reception are taking place and an additional town lot next door for those who choose to drive.
