When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would appreciate it if you would RSVP no later than April 15th by using the “RSVP” tab on our website!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to you “and Guest” you are able to bring a plus one. When RSVPing, please provide the name of your guest.

Are children invited?

Answer

Although we love your kids, this will be an Adults Only celebration. The only exception are the children in our wedding party. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night. We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available across from The Ponds. If you are staying at Bolton Valley Resort we will be providing a shuttle to and from the resort to The Ponds. The venue requests this shuttle only be used for resort guests, please park across the street from The Ponds if you are not staying at Bolton Valley Resort.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please plan to arrive around 3:30pm so we can get the party started on schedule!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you please dress in semi-formal attire.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. We are kindly asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want (and share them with us!), and we promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight inside The Ponds reception area where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a variety of hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour. Dinner will be a buffet featuring chicken, steak, and vegetable risotto as the entree choices.
