We are reserving rooms here and will provide shuttles as transportation to & from the venue! If for any reason you cannot take the shuttle, please try to carpool as parking is very limited. Please request an early check-in if possible. The hotel will honor the discount code if you or your party needs to arrive Friday evening instead of the regular check in time of 3pm on Saturday.

Shuttle Information

Hi friends! There will be 2 shuttle times for departure from the hotel to the venue, the first between 3:00 and 3:15, and the last opportunity for the shuttle to get to the venue will leave the Hampton Inn at 3:45. Please try to get an early check-in or be on the shuttle, the ceremony will commence shortly after the final shuttle arrives to the venue. There will be multiple opportunities for departure back to the Hampton Inn if you so choose to leave before our final dance numbers! We will have our DJ make announcements regarding shuttle times; music will conclude at 10pm.
