Getting to Hudson from NYC by train is easy and scenic. Depart from Penn Station's Moynihan Train Hall (421 8th Avenue New York, NY 10199) and take the train for a scenic 2 hr journey along the Hudson River straight into Hudson, NY. Pro tip: when you board the train heading to Hudson, sit on the left side for the best views of the Hudson River!

Driving to Hudson from NYC takes roughly 2.5 hrs. For those flying in from out of town, the driving distance from all 3 major airports only differs by ~20 min, so pick whichever airport is most convenient for you. Save some space in the trunk to hit a farm stand on the way home!

Make your way to Central Park and grab one of the many horses used for carriage rides. It should take you about a day to travel from NYC to Hudson by horse.
