We are SO excited to celebrate with all of you! Here are some important day of details:
We are having a private on-site ceremony that will take place during cocktail hour. There will be 'unofficial viewing areas' where you are welcome to hangout while watching the ceremony from afar and because of this, we ask you to promptly arrive at 5pm.
Transportation to and from the venue will be provided leaving from the blocked hotels parking lot. More information will be provided at hotel check in.
Friday night welcome party!
On Friday, we will have a casual welcome party at the Marriott Southpark (hotel in the roomblock - 2200 Rexford Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211). Drinks and light hors devours will be available starting at 7pm. We know Friday is a travel day for many, so please join as you are available and dress however makes you feel most comfortable!
