When should I RSVP by?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your children, our venue unfortunately does not have room for all. Only those littles with jobs during our wedding will be present. Please make it a date night!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We would love to accommodate any food allergies you may have! Please reach out to Alli or Bryce as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for your meal.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Reception parking is available at The Pines Black. There are two reception spaces at this location so please ensure you are parking in the correct parking lot (furthest west) denoted by signage at the venue!

Question

Can I leave my car at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Cars may stay overnight but must be out of the parking lot Saturday Sept 12th by 9 am!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

Shuttles after the ceremony from hotel to reception and from reception to hotels at the end of the night are still a work in progress! We will update ASAP!
