Optional Retro Ski Day

Retro Ski Clothes, the brighter the better and one pieces are highly encouraged!
It wouldn't be a #ABSkis wedding without a little friends and family retro ski day. Join the bride and groom for a morning of skiing and laughter at the Sun Valley Ski Resort. We will be gathering at the River Run Day Lodge (the main lodge) at 8:30am. Feel free to come ski with us throughout the day. **Be sure to get your lift ticket early! They have discounts throughout the year on tickets or if you book through a Sun Valley Lodge tickets may be included. If you plan to ski more than 2 days, the Epic 4-Day pass is the best value! Ask Brice for more information if needed. **Please note our photographer will be joining us for skiing between 11am-3pm to capture our rad day! We will be meeting as a large group at the River Run Lodge (at the base next to the gondola) at 11am to ride up together as a group.**

In traditional skiing fashion, we would like to celebrate a fun day on the mountain or in town with a celebratory beverage at the River Run Day Lodge. All are welcome and encouraged to come to see the Bride, Groom, and families. **Our photographer will be joining us to capture special moments throughout the afternoon.

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Optional Transportation: If you need transportation to or from the venue we’ve arranged a private shuttle for the evening. Also, if you choose to drive your car you can leave it at the venue overnight night and take a shuttle home. Please arrive at the venue between 5:30 pm-5:55 pm. - To the Venue: - 5:30pm 1st pick-up at the Limelight Hotel - 151 Main St. S., Ketchum - 5:40pm 2nd pick-up at the Sun Valley Main Lodge - 1 Sun Valley Rd, Sun Valley - From the Venue - 11:30pm - Elkhorn area guests will take the Miller’s Shuttle(14 person Van) - 11:30pm - Downtown & SV Lodge/Inn (Sun Valley Shuttle) Wedding Evening Schedule: Guests Arrive: 5:30pm-5:55pm 6:00pm - Ceremony begins promptly 6:30pm -7:30pm - Cocktail hour 7:45pm-9pm - Dinner 9:00pm-11:30pm Dancing
