How do we get to the Venue? What is the address? What time does the wedding start?

Answer

There will be shuttles taking guests from the Omni Interlocken Hotel in Broomfield to the venue as well as picking people up. If you wish to drive yourself, the address is 38470 Boulder Canyon Dr. Boulder, CO. 80302. The wedding starts at 5pm.

How do we book the hotel?

Answer

If you go to the "Travel" tab on this website you will find a link to book the rooms. That is the most effective way to book. The rooms are refundable and have ability to cancel until 1 week before the wedding. On the link it might ask if you want to book for the whole weekend (Friday-Tuesday), you are welcome to book as many or as few nights as you wish. You can extend your stay longer than the block of rooms and still get the same rate. You can also make your stay shorter and get the same rate. If you have questions about booking please call the hotel at (303)-438-6600 and let them know you are with the Cole/Kreinik Wedding.

Are kids Invited?

Answer

We love kids and we want to hang out with them all weekend! For the actual wedding on Monday, we will have childcare available through the Nanny Brigade for $20/kid. They are an amazing nanny service that specializes in taking care of the little ones during a wedding. We love your children but we think it's important for moms and dads to enjoy themselves sometimes too! The kids will be at the venue upstairs playing. They will have dinner and dessert. And once the ceremony and reception events are over, if you want to bring them down to dance the night away you're more than welcome to! So bring the kids for the weekend and reception dancing, but please do not bring them to the ceremony or beginning of the reception. Let them play together in a place they don't have to sit still and be quiet!

What is the dress code?

Cocktail! We want everyone looking' sharp and nice, but if the heels are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose! Being comfortable so you can enjoy the day with us and dance all night is the most important thing!

What's up with all these events?

Answer

We are so excited that all of you are coming from far and wide to hang out with us, we want to make the most of it! So many times we don't get enough time to hang out and re-connect, so that's the point of these events! We are doing our best to create a Stay-Cation Destination Wedding Weekend for everyone to hang out, make memories, and for both sides of the family to become close! We will have at least one event every day for people to come join in on and have some fun. You are welcome to come but of course it's not mandatory. If you do want to join, please RSVP on the event so we know how many people to plan for. If not, we look forward to seeing you at the wedding!
