What safety measures are you taking to keep your guest safe?

Answer

We will social distance our tables and limit the table size to 10 guests. We will have sanitizer available at each table and disposable masks will be available if you forgot yours. Food will be served by a wait staff to limit the number of people touching utensils, etc.

What’s the deal with vaccinations and masks?

Answer

We appreciate those guests who are coming and vaccinated. It allows us to have a larger gathering. However if your not that’s okay, we require you to wear a mask when not eating or drinking.

How will the food be served?

Answer

During cocktail hour, we will have various passed appetizers. We will have a buffet bar with various fish, chicken, and pork options available as well as various sides. Waitstaff will serve the buffet to limit the number of guest touching utensils, etc. A self service dessert and coffee table will be available later in the evening.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have a full open bar with various liquors to make cocktails, wines, and beer. We’ve got the drinks covered we just ask you tip the bartender. We also have various non-alcohol beverages like juice, soda, and tea available for those more into the mocktails.

Can I bring my child?

Answer

As much as we love you and your kids we prefer to keep this as an adult event. But that doesn’t mean we don’t hope to see your kiddo(s) soon! Of course we’ve some exceptions to this rule with our very close/immediate family members.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Street parking is available and easy to find.

What is the dress code for the event?

Answer

Semi-casual. A nice pair of pants and a button down will do just fine! Spruce it up and even add a tie, but leave that suite at home! Ladies, dress up or down however you please. A flattering dress or jumpsuit will do the trick! Also, bring a sweater as you will be outside all night.

If we’re staying at the Hotel associated with the wedding is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We encourage our guest staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites (Tustin- Orange) to use our shuttle service to and from the venue. We have arranged for two separate pick-up times as well as drop off times. We want our guest to be safe and enjoy all the festivities without worry. Pick up from Hotel: Guest will meet in front lobby at either 3:15 or 3:45 for shuttle to venue. Shuttle driver will provide 2 trips so meet at either time. Venue is approximately 15 minutes from hotel.
