As you can imagine, parking for mountain-top weddings is limited. Please carpool if you can :) Cell phone reception is also limited for mountain-top weddings. Please print directions or follow the below, as the GPS signal will go out on the way to and from Fred W. Symmes Chapel (outside of downtown Brevard). Directions to the ceremony: Fred W. Symmes Chapel "Pretty Place" (venue opens at 10am, and the ceremony begins at 10:45am) -Head southeast on Main St. in downtown Brevard, NC/US 276 S for 12 miles -Turn left onto Solomon Jones Rd./YMCA Camp Rd. -Continue to follow YMCA Camp Rd. for 5.2 miles (passing through NC, and entering into SC). You will then arrive at Fred W. Symmes Chapel, 100 YMCA Camp Rd., Cleveland, SC 29635. The drive is approximately 32 minutes from downtown Brevard, NC.

Directions to the reception from Fred W. Symmes Chapel: Brevard Lumberyard Arts District (begins at 12pm) *The GPS signal will most likely go out as you leave the Chapel, however, will come back as you approach downtown Brevard, NC. -Head west on YMCA Camp Rd. for 5.2 miles -Turn right onto US-276 W (entering NC). Follow for 12.5 miles and you will come into downtown Brevard. US-276 W will turn into Main St. -Turn right onto N. Broad St. (follow for 318 feet) -Turn left at the 1st cross street onto Probart St. (follow for 381 feet) -Turn right onto N.Caldwell St. (follow for 472 feet) -Turn left onto King St. and follow for 0.2 miles. You will arrive at Brevard Lumberyard Arts District, 200 King St., Brevard, NC 28712 on the right. The drive is approximately 37 minutes from Fred W. Symmes Chapel. Street parking is available, however, please carpool if at all possible.
