What about COVID?

Answer

As of February 24th the governor of Virginia has set the current limit of social gatherings to 25. We care deeply about having our loved ones with us, but the health of our loved ones is more important. We will be streaming the ceremony using Zoom- the link can be found on the schedule tab above. Thank you for your understanding as we face this difficult decision.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 20, 2021 either on this website, mail, or by contacting us directly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3pm so please get there a few minutes early to get settled in before the fun starts.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Wear whatever makes you comfortable! Our colors are navy, raspberry, and gold with a rustic theme, but please feel free to wear what you'd like.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please check your RSVP to see if we've accounted for a plus one. If we haven't and you have someone you'd like to bring, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We'd love to have everyone come that can and that includes children. Please be aware that the party may last awhile and they might be tuckered out from all of the dancing, but at least it will burn off the sugar high!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know with your RSVP so we can make arrangements if necessary.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both will be held at the same venue which has free parking and plenty of it. Be aware that the driveway for the venue from the main road is unpaved, but well maintained.

Answer

Answer

We've included a travel page that has suggestions for local hotels that we've reserved a block for.
