Wyatt and I grew up across the street from each other, little did we know our story was just beginning. We've known of one another all our lives and thanks to our mom's, we reconnected in 2020 just as the pandemic hit. While the world shut down we enjoyed endless hours of hiking and taking the boat out on Berryessa! We moved in together just a few months after dating. ( When you know you know right? ) We renovated the granny unit on Wyatt's mom's property and made it our own little cozy place right across the street from my childhood home!
Our two year anniversary was coming up on May 8th and Wyatt had a plan. We would recreate our first date (hiking in Boggs) and he would pop the question. Instead, he couldn't wait any longer and, as soon as I walked in the door at the end of the day, he gave me the most beautiful bouquet. I thought it was for our anniversary, but he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. What else could I say, but Duhhhh! We are very excited to celebrate our wedding with our family and friends!
