Not for most people. Verizon seems to be the only carrier with service at Havenroot. If there’s an emergency, the bride and her family will be able to make outgoing calls.
Havenroot has clean, modern, flush restrooms located right next to the ceremony and reception area. There’s even a changing table in the women’s room—and showers (though we don’t expect guests to need those).
Havenroot is just a 4-minute drive from the first stoplight in Veneta (coming from Eugene). After turning off the main road, you’ll drive for another 3 to 5 minutes. The road narrows to a single lane and crosses a small, rustic bridge right before you arrive. We happen to know that a Toyota Camry and Honda Civic will handle it just fine, and we’ll have plenty of signage to guide you. Please keep in mind to be slow and courteous when driving the single-lane portions of the trip though.
Yes! There’s a designated parking area down the road from the ceremony and reception location.
The road in passes the ceremony space, so passengers can be dropped off. Then parking is a short distance away from the celebration and the walk from there is a dirt road about 1/3 of a mile long.
We plan to celebrate from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
It might be helpful to arrive about 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, walking in, finding your seat, signing the guestbook, and settling in.
Absolutely. We’ll be serving dinner, snacks, cake, and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
Yes! Just let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to make sure you’re taken care of. If you RSVP’d online please reach out to Oren or Alleya and let us know!
You can find our registry under the “Registry” tab on this website. We’ve also included options for a honeymoon fund and house fund, if you’d prefer to contribute in that way.
We kindly ask that guests avoid strong fragrances, as there are some sensitivities and allergies in our group. We also ask that people avoid smoking or vaping.
Yes! Come ready to dance and celebrate.
After the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy snacks and drinks, take photos, sign the guestbook, and mingle. Then we’ll move into dinner, toasts, and dancing.
