Love, sometimes, comes when you least expect it. Two preachers. Two sabbaticals. Two different locations. Two paths converged by one God. Although our churches fellowshipped with each other years ago, and we were literally 40 minutes down the road almost all of lives, we had no idea of each other’s existence. It was not our time, but God had a plan. Years later, we were both seeking God and on our personal fasts in 2021. Amid our praying and fasting; and in the midst of a pandemic, God divinely and unexpectedly orchestrated our meeting. What began as a friendship quickly developed into a love story. God gave us each other. In a matter of four months, we knew that we were called to spend a lifetime together. We are a testimony to the faithfulness of God – that God will answer your prayer and give you what, and who you need.
