Please RSVP yes or no by no later than 10/31/2024. We need to supply a final guest count to the venue! If we do not receive an RSVP from you, you will be marked as a decline. You will be missed if you are unable to attend!
Please arrive by no later than 4 pm. This will allow time to park, walk to the ceremony location, mingle and find a seat before we walk down the aisle to say "I do". The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 and we will not be able to allow access once it begins.
We would love for our family and friends to get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code. This includes cocktail or midi-length dresses or dressy separates for women and suit or dress shirt with a tie for men. We ask that guests do NOT wear any white, tan or cream colors. Please refrain from jeans, shorts, sneakers, or hats.
If weather permits, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors! The reception will be indoors with the option to go outside! If by chance it rains, our venue has an alternative plan for an indoor ceremony.
Our ceremony will be "unplugged." We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during our ceremony and would love for you to be fully present with us! We have hired an AMAZING photographer and videographer so please allow them to do their best work. We will be sure to share the pictures taken with our guests once we receive them! After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you would like! There will be QR codes scattered around the venue for you to share your best photos with us so we can relive the reception and cocktail hour through your eyes! Unfortunately due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people who are named on your invitation to celebrate with us. If you are able to bring a plus one, your invitation will state "Your name & guest". Thank you so much for understanding!
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to numbers and space at the venues. This pertains to children of all ages. We hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Yes! There will be passed hors d'ourves during cocktail hour and a buffet style dinner during the reception followed by a lovely dessert bar.
We will not be able to provide transportation to and from the hotel. It is approximately 7 miles from the venue which we hope will allow for a quick Uber or Lyft trip!
