Bride
About the Bride Meet the bride: fueled by walks with Stella, chocolate ice cream, and Costco hot dogs (sometimes all in the same weekend). She loves all things green, traveling anywhere warm enough to avoid being cold, cozy fires, Alani cherry bomb, and her ever-growing—slightly unhinged—collection of hummingbirds. She is deeply committed to true crime podcasts, much to Andrew’s ongoing concern for his personal safety. She does not love onion bagels, watermarks on silverware (the audacity), snakes, or—if history is any indication—arriving on time anywhere. By day, she works at Stryker in surgical equipment sales in the breast care division, doing very important and impressive things. By night and weekends, you’ll find her in the yard or kitchen, experimenting with recipes, gardening, or refilling hummingbird feeders like it’s a competitive sport. Breast cancer fears her. Andrew tolerates the true crime. And somehow, it all works 🍀🍟
Groom
About the Groom Meet the groom: extremely tall (6’6” for those keeping score), often described as a real-life Jimmy Neutron, and powered almost entirely by peanut butter and routine. He loves golf, getting his hair cut, everything Christmas, Toyota Tundras, and cleaning kitchen countertops with what can only be described as an aggressive, full-roll-of-paper-towels approach. He’s fiercely devoted to his fish, Pregunta, and is known for hamming it up with his coworkers. Precision matters to him—crooked lines are unacceptable—and so is never, ever missing a workout. Pasta? Hard pass. Being tickled? Absolutely not. Stella’s hair? Let’s just say it tests his patience. When he’s not serving as your local yard genius, you’ll find him at the gym at 4 a.m. (yes, even on holidays), in the yard wielding some kind of power tool, or quietly eating peanut butter straight from the jar before planting yet ANOTHER daffodil in the yard. Organized, loyal, and endlessly entertaining, he’s the calm to her chaos—and somehow, they fit perfectly. 🎄🫧🚜
Matron of Honor
Sophia and I met on the very first day of second grade as first-day buddies and have been inseparable ever since. We’ve grown up side by side—traveling the world together (Turkey, Greece, China, Mexico), spending countless Thanksgivings with each other’s families, and standing by one another through life’s biggest moments: driver’s licenses, college, marriages, losses, children, moves, and more. She’s creative, bubbly, and someone I love more than words can say. And while we no longer believe under-eye concealer or big statement earrings fix everything, I couldn’t ask for a better friend to do life with.
Bridesmaid
Katherine and I grew up just one cornfield apart our entire lives—and somehow didn’t meet until freshman year at Ole Miss, when we ended up on the same floor of the same dorm (10th floor, Martin)!! We comforted one another during every freshman’s scariest moment, pref night, when we both pledged KD! From that moment on, our lives clicked into place!! I truly can’t imagine my life without her. Katherine is one of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet and her joy for life is completely contagious. She’s a mother, a pilot, a makeup artist, a travel agent, and a real estate agent—there is truly nothing she can’t do!! I feel so lucky and honored to call such a beautiful human, inside and out, my friend.
