Sanford airport is about 45 minutes from Daytona Beach. It looks like it may be a small international airport as well. There are flights available; the options for airlines are just more limited.

Orlando is about a one-and-a-half-hour drive to Daytona Beach (So you would need to rent a car from the airport and drive). A lot of airlines fly to and from here.

The closets train station is in DeLand which is about 30 miles from the beach/area of the venue. Amtrak offers a bus connection from DeLand to Daytona Beach, specifically to a curbside stop at 100 North Atlantic Avenue, which is near the Daytona Beach Hilton and Ocean Walk Village.
