Well, many of you probably already know that when Shane and Kristina met, neither of them were looking for that special someone, but sometimes it happens when you least expect it. This brings us to our fateful evening at Stonehaus in Westlake Village. It was a cool evening so the best place to be was by the fireplace. Kristina was meeting up with her friend Kaylene and Shane was enjoying some wine with a couple friends near the fireplace. Little did Kristina know, Kaylene had already decided that Shane was the man for her friend. Kristina was not interested in the matchmaking scheme and proceeded to put her back to the table with Shane and his friends. As the night progressed, Kaylene continued to move closer to the fireplace.. ahhh hem.. closer to the table with the guys. Eventually, Shane dropped his opening line of, “have you seen Making of a Murderer?” It just so happened that Kristina was working her way through the series at the time, so she was eager to talk about it with someone that was watching it. So, there you have it. That opened the door for Shane to work his way into her life, and here were are today, 5 years later...getting ready for the big “I Do”.
