To get to the venue there will be 3 buses from the hotel. One bus will depart at 4:15 pm and then remaining two buses will depart at 4:30pm. There will be one bus departing from the venue to the hotel at 10pm. Then there will be 2 buses departing from the venue to the hotel at 10:45pm for those who want to go to the hotel, or want to change before the after party. For those who want to go directly from the venue to the after party there will one additional bus departing the venue directly to the bar (Cheers) at 10:45pm.
