The venue and where the brides will be residing. To reserve the hotel block please call or use their website at turfvalley.com/reservations and ensure to use the discount code and reference the Boettcher/Wilson Wedding. Block prices will be honored 3 days before and 3 days after the wedding for wedding guests. You must reserve your room by Thursday, September 7 2023 to receive the group rate. Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am. The Bell Captain can check baggage for guests arriving early or guests attending functions on day of departure.

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI)

BWI is the closest airport for those flying in from out of town. From BWI to Turf Valley is under a 30 minute drive.

Free Parking

There is a free wedding parking lot located next to the outdoor ceremony location. All hotel guests have free overnight parking in the main parking lot. No shuttles provided since ceremony and reception are in the same location.

For those who do not wish to stay at Turf Valley, there are various hotels in Ellicott City, MD or Columbia, MD that will not be too far away. No block rates provided. A block of rooms has been set aside at Turf Valley.
