Minden
Less than 10 minutes from our wedding venue (Jacobs Berry Farm), there is a great downtown area with lots of restaurants, shops, parks, and casinos. (Where the above map says "Gardnerville")
Genoa
This is an old historic town; the first settlement in what eventually became Nevada. It has a cute downtown area with a couple of restaurants/shops, and a hot spring. (Where the above map says "Zephyr Cove")
Carson City
Our great state's capital. Visit the capital building, along with lots of historical buildings, museums (like the popular Train Museum), parks, and everything else you could want.
South Lake Tahoe
South Lake Tahoe is about 30 minutes from our venue (Jacobs Berry Farm). It's a beautiful area with restaurants, lake access, forested parks, etc.
Virginia City
An old historic mining town with lots of fun activities including mine tours, old haunted houses, and a downtown area with dining and shops. If you are coming in early or leaving later, Virginia City is really fun place to visit!
