Yes! We are asking everyone to dress for a cocktail party. According to Google, "Cocktail attire strikes a balance between elegant and comfortable, designed to be festive but not overly formal. For women, this typically means a knee-length, midi, or tea-length dress or a dressy jumpsuit. For men, it requires a tailored suit, dress shirt, and a tie." Black suits are encouraged for men, and to pair shirts, ties, and accessories with our color palette of earthy neutrals. Think southern Utah sandstone. Champagne, dusty pink, rust orange, bronze, and black.
Yes. While children are welcome, the evening is planned as an adult-focused celebration. We hope you will join us, but we also encourage you to take the night off to celebrate!
Today! To help us plan we need an accurate headcount as soon as possible. Ideally within a few days of receiving the invitation.
Parking is limited. We will be organizing shuttles once we have finalized RSVPs. To get to the venue you must also have an AWD or 4WD vehicle.
No later than 3:30. Because of the location, we will be organizing a shuttle because of limited parking as well as only cars with AWD or 4WD can make it to the lodge. Once we have our RSVPs we will be following up with day of transportation.
Sadly, no. Please plan on organizing a pet-sitter.
Once we have RSVPs, we will work on shuttling everyone who does not have an AWD or 4WD vehicle. If you're flying in from out of town, and renting a car, we strongly recommend that you get a car that can handle the conditions. The road is paved for most of the way, but the last .5 mile is not paved, and given the season it could be wet and muddy.
