What is the dress attire?

Semi-formal / Western Chic Please try to avoid wearing the colors rust or forest green as they are the dedicated colors for the wedding party.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but this will be a 13 & over celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our guest list is limited, so we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is free onsite parking at McCoy Equestrian Center. Signs will guide you when you arrive.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony promptly starts at 3:15 PM, so we recommend arriving by 3 PM to get parked and seated without a rush.

Is the ceremony & reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Everything will be held at McCoy Equestrian Center, so once you arrive, you’re set for the night.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We’re lucky to already have a home full of everything we need, so we’ve created a honeymoon fund instead! You can find all the details on our wedding website. We will have a Honeymoon Fund box at the reception for anyone who prefers a physical donation!

Is there a hotel you recommend nearby?

Answer

Yes! We have rooms blocked at Hilton Garden Inn Pomona, which is only 10 minutes from the venue. Mention “Allen Wedding” when booking!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than October 15th.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’re planning a Jack and Jill Party that will also double as a Fill-the-Cooler celebration for the wedding. It’s a fun, casual way for everyone to hang out before the big day and help us stock up on drinks for the reception! More details (date, time, and location) will be shared soon—so keep an eye out!
