Do I have to stay on Disney property?

No! You are more than welcomed to stay at any location you prefer. The hotels that are listed are where we suggest to stay!

What are my options for transportation ?
Answer
Depending on your hotel, you may be able to take the Disney Skyliner to Epcot and walk over to the Beach and Yacht Club. If your hotel does not offer Skyliner access, you can use Uber or Lyft to get to and from the Beach and Yacht Club. If you are driving, complimentary parking is available. We will be serving alcohol, so please plan your transportation accordingly.

Is my park ticket included for the reception?

Your Epcot park ticket for the reception will be fully included and covered at no cost to you.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony and reception will be held outside.

Can I bring a guest /date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Arriving to the venue 30 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you’re able to find the venue and settle in before it begins.
