Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be formally addressed on your invitation.
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting formal dress code for the evening (gentleman -suit, button down shirts with a tie) (ladies - mid or floor length dresses) for our wedding. We kindly ask you do not wear jeans or the color white.
Indoor! The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception will all be indoors and in the same building. You will also have the option to step out on the terraces to enjoy the scenic views of downtown Charlotte.
The Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00PM EST. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony.
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices to be put away/silenced during our ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures as you want!
If you are driving in for the evening, you can park in the Truist Center parking garage (161 E 6th St) around the corner from the venue. Please bring your ticket to the front counter of the venue and they will validate it for you.
If you are staying in one of the suggested hotels in downtown Charlotte, then you do not need a rental car. All of the hotels are walking distance to the venue and the airport is a 15 min drive away.
