What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The reception and ceremony are taking place at the same location. Martin's Crosswinds 7400 Greenway Center Dr. Greenbelt, MD 20770

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception area for cocktail hour.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive about 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will start on time and doors will be closed at 7o’clock sharp!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by July 1st, using the RSVP card that came in the mail or via our RSVP section on our site.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes, please let us know with your RSVP of any dietary restrictions.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #McKnightToBe so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

We love each and every one of you and your health and safety is EXTREMELY important to us! If you feel sick or have any COVID symptoms, please stay home. For your convenience, there will be hand sanitizer throughout the venue and masks for those who need one. We want to make this day as safe as possible for our guests.

Where is your gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. If it is your wish to bless us with a gift, we would greatly appreciate a contribution to our honeymoon fund.
