We’re getting married!

Looking to escape Georgia and get back to Texas, Amy moved to Cedar Park completely by chance in 2012 and ended up 3 houses down from Allen! After 2 years of being neighbors, we went on our first date in the summer of 2014 - hiking up Mt. Bonnell followed by dinner at Brio Tuscan Grille. The next five years were spent on Allen's boat, family vacations, driving the 6 minutes back and forth between our new homes in Leander, and committing to each other's families. On Easter 2019, we went Easter Egg hunting on Starnes Island in Lake Travis and amongst the chocolate eggs there was a large golden egg. When Amy went to pick it up there was a ring, and when she looked down, Allen was on one knee. After a year and half, moving in together and getting through quarantine, we are finally able to commit our lives together in front of our family and friends!
