When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 24th 2026, so we can have an accurate headcount.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. While the venue is situated so the Western mountains will provide shade in the afternoon, Southern California can get hot in August, so dress accordingly!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. Children are welcome to come to the welcome party the night before the wedding, so please let us know if they will attend! We also have childcare resources available, so feel free to reach out and we can help.

Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?

Answer

Yes! We will provide shuttles from certain hotels to the venue. Our Travel page will have more information closer to the date. We will also have valet available at the venue if you would like to drive.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, and we will have a golf cart available for anyone needing assistance getting around the property.

Can I Uber/Lyft to and from the wedding?

We encourage you to take the shuttles given the time/location of the wedding! Please let us know if you’d like to update your RSVP to request a shuttle.
