Question

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

We will have a shuttle leaving the hotel at 3:00 and 3:30 PM to take a limited number of guests to the venue. Rides back to the venue will occur between 10:00 and 11:00 PM.

Question

Are Kids Allowed?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Question

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st, using the RSVP tab at the top. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Question

Can I bring a Guest/Date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Question

Will there be an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to party!! For this reason we encourage you to carpool to the venue and have a DD to drive you to the hotel from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Sunday best is recommended!

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Question

Will the Wedding be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. The chapel that is connected to the reception hall has retractable doors which we plan to open when the ceremony begins. There is an outdoor seating area next to the reception hall that has a designated smoking section.
