We're Getting Married

After working together for who knows how long, let's say we met on a midday during March. The stunning topic that brought the two of us together.....tacos. Oh the power of a taco! So underrated, yet so powerful. We spoke all day about this small, yet wonderful creation. Soft shell, hard shell, along with a barrage of toppings. A few days later, we went on our first date, and we've been tasting tacos together ever since.

On a beautiful day in Mexico, we woke up and had breakfast, just like we did each morning. Allan wanted to go into town to get tacos (Of course, he loves tacos!). We got into town, shopped and had a few margaritas. Suddenly, of all places, Allan took us (Addi and I) to an Italian restaurant... keeping in mind we are in Mexico and he wanted tacos. The Taco restaurant had a line a mile long, and he didn't want to wait. So we order a pizza, then grab a taxi hoping to find a hidden beach called Conchas Chinas. Two taxi rides, a shot of tequila for him, and about a mile of rock climbing in flip flops later, we made it to this amazing beach. As we walk across the beach, the Sun had mostly set. Allan grabbed my hands, looked me in the eyes and told me that he wanted to gift me his heart. He then held up a handmade seashell holding the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen.....then asked me to marry him. Of course I said YES!!!!
