March 23rd, 2019, was the day Allana and Keith met. At the time Allana was working at Ross Dress for less in Stafford VA. It was a typical boring day in retail and she could not wait to get off not realizing her day was about to get interesting. Keith walks into the store in search of lamps for his apartment at the time (fun fact the lamps he purchased remain in Allana and Keith’s house to this day). Allana immediately felt what she can only describe as a gravitation toward Keith and as what Keith calls “stalking” Allana decided to try and get a closer look by hovering close by Keith around the corner of another Isle. Soon before you know it, Keith catches Allana looking at him and calls her over and the 2 begin chit-chatting about these lamps and discussing how he plans to redecorate his apartment. Shortly after some gentle banter, Keith asked when her shift was over, the two then exchanged numbers. Allana met up with Keith and they enjoyed hibachi together from QuickWay after work. They hung out with each other and had long conversations for hours and hours where Allana then learned that Keith shared the same birthday as her recently deceased brother whom she was missing dearly. Allana took that as a sign that Keith could be her better half she never knew she needed. Later that evening the two went on to the movies to watch Jordan Peeles “Us”. The 2 became inseparable spending a total of 12 hours with each other the very first day they met. After that day Allana and Keith developed their relationship and began to identify ways they enjoy spending time together as well as develop shared interests such as going to the movies, eating Hibachi at Otani (a huge upgrade from QuickWay), going to concerts, taking care of their fur baby Star Moon, traveling and their favorite activity together….napping. They shared many accomplishments such as renting their first apartment together meeting each other's families and so on, then in November 2020 they purchased a house together that they still live in to this day. Allana and Keith went on a cruise together on May 30th, 2023 to the Bahamas (Keith’s first time on a cruise). Shortly after the cruise, Keith realizes that being with Allana has opened up a new world that he wants to continue to explore. Friday, October 20th, 2023 around 8 pm Keith asked Allana to hurry up and get out of the shower to come with him to her grandparent's house. She immediately said no because she was tired and wanted to relax after a long day. He was persistent to sway her mind and she continued to say no. Keith knew he had to pull out the big guns and offered to buy her food…there was no way she could deny. The couple then proceeded to the car Allana in her “comfy clothes” including Crocs and Keith in normal attire. He then decided to make the evening have a little more shock value by pushing Allana’s buttons by arguing with her about the music in the car, driving, and basically anything else that was unserious to annoy her. Once they arrived at Allana’s grandparents Allana walked into the house irritated and slightly confused as to why they were even there in the first place. Keith then proceeded to Allana and popped the question quite literally turning Allana’s frown upside down. Despite their age difference Allana and Keith have made their relationship work for them making memories and soon plan on making more with their loved ones as they prepare to celebrate their love.
