What are the COVID requirements in Italy?

Answer

COVID requirements are actively changing, so we will be keeping an up-to-date list of information on our "Travel" tab. Please refer there & text us with any questions!

It mentions the lodging for all guests has been reserved... Does that mean guests have to stay on property?

Answer

We have spent a lot of time planning & creating a weekend-long experience for us and our guests, and are therefore requesting all guests stay on property to celebrate with us! If there are any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.

When is the best time to book our flights?

Answer

According to Google, the best international flight prices can typically be found 120-160 days prior to departure. We recommend following "Scott's Cheap Flights" on Instagram for flight deals, & setting trip alerts on "Google Flights" to alert you of price increases/decreases. See the "travel" tab for more tips :)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy their time. As far as travelling with your little ones, we totally understand the need for them to stay on property! We just ask a loved one or other form of babysitter be arranged for wedding events.

Best airport to fly into?

Answer

You can fly into Florence, Rome or Pisa airport. Florence is closest to the venue. See our "Travel" tab for more details!

When do we check-in & out?

Answer

Check-in is October 8, 2022 starting at 11 AM. Check-out is October 11, 2022 by 3 PM.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list, due to the desired intimacy of our celebration, as well as the lodging availability. Our wedding is RSVP only, so we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are there any other events that I should know about for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! In addition to our wedding day, we will be hosting a welcome party for all guests on the day of check-in to the property (October 8, 2022). We request guests wear white cocktail attire.

Is there a dress code?

Welcome Party (10/08/2022): White cocktail attire requested. Wedding Ceremony & Reception (10/09/2022): Formal attire requested.

When should I RSVP by? To where?

Answer

We are requesting RSVPs be submitted by April 1, 2022. We have included RSVP cards & return envelopes with postage in our invitation suites.

Are any other guests planning to travel around Europe before/after?

Answer

Yes! A lot of our guests are planning to continue their travels throughout Europe before or after our wedding.
