The bride and groom as well as our families will be staying at the New Orleans Marriott located on
New Orleans has a lot of different hotel styles and accomodation options. We have a few places we love to stay but we also understand that some of y'all will prefer to stay elsewhere and we will be excited to hear your recommendations for our next visit!
As for flights, Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is where we have always flown into. We normally catch an Uber/Lyft to the hotel from there. Its usually a 30 minute ride to Canal Street give or take with traffic.
New Orleans is very walkable within the French Quarter and Lyft/Uber run all hours of the night. Traffic is also very congested {picture Las Vegas Strip] within the Quarter and at night many streets are shut down for pedestrian safety. Also street parking within the quarter is unadvised and garage parking at most hotels is charged nightly.
