If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. Thank you for understanding!
Black tie optional. The Prince George Ballroom is an iconic NYC landmark and we would love for our guests to dress to impress! We ask all women to wear a floor length formal gown and men to wear either a suit and tie or tuxedo if possible.
We are looking forward to celebrating our wedding with our loved ones. All invited guests will be named on the formal wedding invitation.
We love all of your children but have decided to keep the number of young attendees limited to those who are traveling from out of town or are in the wedding party. Invited children will be named on the wedding invitation.
There is no parking at the venue as it is in the heart of Manhattan. We encourage all of our guests to either arrange a car service or take public transportation. However, we will have access to a discounted parking rate for our guests at a lot nearby. Kindly reach out to Alla or email vitoandalla@gmail.com for more information.
Our wedding starts at 5pm with a prompt start for our ceremony. Kindly arrive on time as ceremony doors will close once the procession starts. Cocktail hour, dinner and dancing to follow the ceremony.
Our hotel blocks are walking distance to the venue and we will not provide a shuttle. Please let us know if you need assistance arranging travel and accommodations during our wedding weekend.
Absolutely not! We understand that hotels in Manhattan are not ideal and candidly, we picked hotel blocks closest to the venue. Please feel free to book other accommodations more suited to you. Our venue is very accessible by public transport and car services. We will be having many out of towners and you should need help picking your stay, let us know! We’re more than happy to help. If you are booking via our hotel blocks, please note that The Evelyn is right next door to the venue. However, we will be getting ready at The James Hotel two blocks away.
All wedding activities will take place indoors!
