What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 5:15 p.m. We will begin the ceremony promptly at 5:30 p.m.

Now that the weather forecast is out, what is your plan for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors, unless we experience rain. We are not expecting rain Saturday but in the event of rain, we will have an indoor ceremony with an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour as covered outdoor space is limited. As we expect the temperatures to be on the warm side at ceremony time Saturday, we will provide fans and an option for shade. We will also have plenty of water. The cocktail reception will be outside/inside. The game lawn and deck are fully shaded but we will open the reception doors 30 minutes into cocktail hour for those who would prefer to be inside.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Please wear cocktail attire to this event in navy, burgundy, silver, gold, gray, or blush pink. Black is also an acceptable alternative.

Can you explain your expectations for cocktail attire?
Answer
Cocktail attire for men means a suit and tie. You can consider a blazer and dress slacks as an alternative but please no jeans or khakis. For women, we don't mean floor length gowns but rather a tea length- or knee-length cocktail dress, formal jumpsuit, or tailored separates with heals. When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Our RSVP deadline has passed. We are so sorry you missed the opportunity to RSVP and attend the reception. You are welcome to attend the ceremony but we are unable to accommodate additional dinner guests.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Our RSVP guest counts include the number of guests listed on your invitation. We ask that you only bring a date when a guest was allotted. If you were provided a guest, please let us know their first and last name at the time of your RSVP.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
If your child(ren) were listed on your invitation, then they are more than welcome to attend. Due to the intimate nature of our celebration, we ask that you only bring children if they were expressly invited.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Please see the travel page for hotel recommendations. The closest hotels are about 20 minutes from our venue, but there are Airbnb and VRBO options in the immediate vicinity of the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We do not have transportation to and from the hotels in the area so please plan accordingly, ensuring you have a designated driver if needed.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking to accommodate all guests. Please make sure you follow the signs to the Lodge ceremony and reception location. We are the furthest site from the Springs' entrance.
