Question

Covid-19 Update

Answer

To our dear family and friends - We hope everyone is staying healthy, safe, and in good spirits! We want to acknowledge that we are navigating through some uncertain times. For now, we are going ahead with our scheduled wedding day with optimism, excitement, and love. As we continue to plan for our wedding, the health of our family and friends remains our top priority. We will be closely monitoring the situation and will update you if there are any important changes to our plans. We are excited to get married next September, and hope as many of you can join us as possible! We also understand if making travel plans or attending large events is not in the cards for you at this time. In the meantime, we will continue to keep in touch, and keep our website updated. We will send out a DVD video of our special day to all invitees that cannot attend. We can’t wait to celebrate with you as Newlyweds!

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Since the wedding is in September, we are shooting for semi-formal/dressy casual, as we are looking to be doing tons of dancing at the reception. Please, NO white dresses, nice jeans are allowed.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your RSVP states “and guest”, then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. We will be planning a “cake and punch” reception for everyone to attend a few weeks after the wedding that everyone else is invited to, including kids ❤️❤️ If there are any mix-ups, please do not hesitate to contact us to try and resolve the issue.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP online using the RSVP page on our website, by mail, email, or text/call will suffice. WE WILL NEED ALL RSVP's BY NO LATER THAN JULY 31st, 2021.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We'd love to see your kids as well, but we'd love for this to be a night off for you as well! *you will know if your child(ren) are invited when you receive invitations and/or in the RSVP section)*

Question

Do we have a registry?

Answer

First of all, your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. The time, effort, and expense of traveling to be with us is something we deeply appreciate, and we are so excited to celebrate this occasion with you. Feel free to check out our registry, or donate to our Newlywed fund! Tanner and I have taken a few small exciting trips together, and we are very much looking forward to our first BIG adventure as husband and wife.

Question

Will the reception be inside or outside?

Answer

The wedding and reception will both be taking place outside; reception will be moved inside if weather does not permit.

Question

Taking pictures; are there any restrictions?

Answer

We are asking that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as well as keep your phone put away and silenced, so you can be fully immersed in our wedding experience. You're more than welcome to take some photos of the reception, but please do not get in the way of our photographer or Videographer. If you do post photos online, please use our hashtag (#HappilyEverHarris) so we can look back on them after our wedding day!

Question

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Of course! If you have any allergies to foods, please try to let us know in advance, as we would not want anything bad to happen!

Question

What time should you arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Question

Will food and drink be served at the reception?

Answer

Of course! There will be appetizers and drinks served at the cocktail hour. Water, soda, lemonade, and iced tea will be available during both the cocktail hour and reception. Dinner will be served during reception as well.

Question

Will alcohol be allowed?

Answer

There will be only non alcoholic drinks, as our venue does not encourage drinking.

Question

Do you have any dietary restrictions?

Answer

Send tanner or I a message ASAP and let us know if you have any alternate dietary requirements that need to be met, as well as add this info into your RSVP.

Question
