Andrew and Aliza met, as all successful couples do, in the high school marching band. Instantly, the couple was joking and playing games with each other. They started dating a few months later on August 22nd, 2013. Andrew and Aliza have been inseparable ever since! They attended college at the University of Tennessee where Andrew earned his Nuclear Engineering degree and Aliza earned her Industrial Engineering degree. Their relationship has survived through many moves, several co-ops, and a lot of distance and the couple could not be more ready to tie the knot!

It was a busy Monday when Andrew decided to ask Aliza to marry him. He arranged to have her friends ask her out to drinks at a restaurant close to their apartment in Knoxville, TN. Aliza thought that Andrew would be busy at a meeting, so she didn't think anything of the day. Andrew decided to join her at last minute and led her down by the water instead of to the restaurant. This place is special to the couple because they often walk their dog, Hudson, by Volunteer Landing. Andrew got down on one knee and asked Aliza to be his wife and, of course, she said yes!
