We have reserved hotel rooms at the Bellevue Hotel and the Cambria Hotel. Please see the Accommodations page for details. You are also welcome to stay outside of our room blocks at any one of the many hotels in Center City that are within walking or Uber distance of the Bellevue. (Please let us know if you do that.) This will be a very busy weekend in Philadelphia, so wherever you choose please make your (cancellable) reservations as soon as possible.
Check-in at both the Bellevue and Cambria is 4 pm. If you will be arriving on Saturday, please ask for early check-in as the wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30. Thank you!!
Check out at both The Bellevue and the Cambria is at 11:00am. ***Please note that Philadelphia’s annual Broad Street Run will occur on Sunday, May 3, so we recommend that you avoid making travel plans for early that morning.*** Sleep in after a great party and enjoy brunch with us at the Bellevue. You will be good to go by late morning.
Guests staying at the Cambria Hotel can use valet parking, although we recommend using the self-park garage around the corner at Locust and Juniper Streets. On Saturday evening, guests can walk directly across Broad Street from the Cambria to the Bellevue for the wedding festivities. Guests staying overnight at the Bellevue Hotel have the option of using valet parking or self-parking in the adjacent garage on Broad Street. *For guests arriving on Saturday evening to attend the wedding, self-parking in the adjacent Bellevue garage on Broad Street will be complementary. Before you leave the wedding reception, please obtain a voucher to use to exit the garage.*
Ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm, Doors to XIX will open at 5:00pm sharp. Please plan for traffic and other possible delays. The evening will end at midnight.

Yes! On Friday evening we will be hosting a Welcome Gathering from 8-10 pm in the Bellevue. Sunday morning there will be a Departure Brunch in the 12th Floor Conservatory at the Bellevue from 9-11am. You can RSVP for each event through the website.
