We reserved rooms at the Bellevue Hotel and the Cambria Hotel (details are on the Accommodations page) but the deadline for securing these rooms has passed. If you still need a room, please contact the hotels directly to determine availability. Or you may choose to stay at any of the many hotels in Center City that are within walking or Uber distance of the Bellevue. (Please let us know if you do that.)
Check-in at both the Bellevue and Cambria is 4 pm. We have requested early check-in for our guests, especially if you will be arriving on Saturday as the wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30. Please confirm the time with the hotel desk a few days before the event.
Check out at both The Bellevue and the Cambria is at 11:00am. We have requested a later check out time for our guests, especially if you will be attending the Departure Brunch at the Bellevue. Please confirm this arrangement when you check in. ***Please note that Philadelphia’s annual Broad Street Run will occur on Sunday, May 3, so we recommend that you avoid making travel plans for early that morning.*** Sleep in after a great party and enjoy brunch with us at the Bellevue. You will be good to go by late morning.
Guests staying at the Cambria Hotel can use valet parking, although we recommend using the self-park garage around the corner at Locust and Juniper Streets. On Saturday evening, guests can walk directly across Broad Street from the Cambria to the Bellevue for the wedding festivities. Guests staying overnight at the Bellevue Hotel have the option of using valet parking or self-parking in the adjacent garage on Broad Street. **For guests arriving on Saturday evening to attend the wedding, self-parking in the adjacent Bellevue garage at 220 S. Broad Street will be complementary. Before you leave the wedding reception, please obtain a payment voucher to use to exit the garage.**
The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm. Doors to XIX will open at 5:00pm sharp. Please plan for traffic and other possible delays. If you arrive early, relax in the Bellevue lobby until 5pm, or head up to Pergola, the top floor restaurant, to enjoy a drink and the views. The evening will end at midnight.

Yes! On Friday evening we will host a Welcome Gathering from 8-10 pm in the Mr. Edison event space at the far end of the lobby of the Bellevue. Sunday morning there will be a Departure Brunch in the 12th Floor Conservatory at the Bellevue from 9-11am. If you plan to attend either or both weekend events, please make sure you have submitted your RSVP
