Please have all RSVP's in by June 1st. If we do not get an RSVP back by the due date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely matter they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive no later than 3:30pm to allow time to park, enter the venue and find a seat. Due to ceremony site location having access through shuttle, access to ceremony will be close at 3:45pm. No late entry will be permitted.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies please refrain from wearing white or ivory. The ceremony will be outdoors, please take this in to account when choosing heels!
Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you have received a plus one, it will be noted once you scan your RSVP code as your name plus a guest.
We love your little ones! However, due to limited space at our venue, we have decide to keep our wedding adults only, expect for the kids that are in the wedding party or with families traveling from out of state. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have fun!
We have hotel blocks at two hotels in Beloit WI which is 3 miles away from our venue. You can book through the Travel tab with our discount LAFKASSZENDEL. We have rooms available for 7/18-20th for our out of town guests and 7/19-20th for our more local guests looking to stay in the area for the night!
Yes, absolutely! We and our caterer Henrici's are happy to accommodate food allergies and special dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other specific requests. Just let us know in advance when you RSVP or reach out to the bride or groom directly, and we’ll make sure there’s something delicious and safe for you to enjoy!
Yes! There is plenty of complimentary parking at the venue, with handicap spots. There will be a shuttle from parking lot to the ceremony site.
We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cellphones and cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an awesome team of photographers and videographers to capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share those photos and videos with you afterwards! After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away!
Of course! We will have an open premium bar available for our guests after the ceremony until the end of the night.
